Valentina is an amazing therapist with techniques rooted in multitudes of training spanning the globe. She utilizes fascial release, functional stretching and relaxation methods to reorient structure and break down knots. I highly recommend her massages!
I have been coming to Valentina for back massages for a little over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. She has these amazing techniques that allow her to penetrate the knotted muscle tissue and mend it back to normal. She also has these glass jars that she puts on my back to bring fresh blood and oxidation to the tissue from deep below increasing circulation. It leaves these black bruises afterwards but the interesting thing is that apparently the darker the bruise the more toxins that are pulled from the body, in that area. I honestly don't understand the "cupping" therapy all too well but I do understand how refreshed and energetic I feel afterwards. In conclusion Valentina is a great Massage Therapist, who is very kind, friendly and a wonderful person to talk to and I absolutely recommend anybody who has any kind of muscle or back pain to make an appointment with her and see the improvements for yourself, you'll be happy you did. God bless you, and have a wonderful day! K
